Warranty Policy
Coverage Period: All Lockin smart locks and related products sold through nalockin.com are protected by a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date the product is activated after installation.
What’s Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Lockin will repair or replace the product at no charge if a valid claim is received.
On-Site Service: Warranty work is typically performed on-site by an authorized Lockin technician.
No Cost to You: Labor, replacement parts, shipping, or other costs for product-related issues are covered.
Exclusions:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from improper installation by non-authorized personnel
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable items (e.g., batteries)
- Environmental damage beyond recommended specifications
How to Make a Claim: Contact support@nalockin.com with proof of purchase and installation details. An authorized technician will be dispatched if needed.
Additional Coverage: Extends your protection by two (2) additional years, for a total of three (3) years from activation. Same terms as standard warranty, including on-site service at no cost.
Exclusions: Same as the Standard Warranty.
