Thank you for choosing BTRtec INC. This policy outlines our return and warranty terms for Lockin Smart Lock products purchased in the United States and Canada.

1. General Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our Products (smart locks and installation services), certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

2. Returns Eligibility

• Uninstalled Products: May be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Installed Products: Cannot be returned once installed or used, including removal after installation.

• Restocking fees may apply if the returned Product is not in resalable condition.

3. Refund Process

• To initiate a return, contact info@btrtec.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Warranty & Repairs

• We provide a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects starting from the original purchase date.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or issues caused by firmware/software updates.

• For warranty service, contact info@btrtec.com.

• Repairs or replacements under warranty will be handled promptly at no cost, including all shipping to and from the customer.

5. Exceptions

• Any Product purchased through an authorized reseller must follow the same return, refund, and warranty conditions unless otherwise stated by the reseller.

• Products returned without prior authorization from BTRtec will not be accepted.
