1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to the 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.
6. Delivery Issues
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
- Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
