Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, BTRtec has been in the North American market for over 6 years. We serve more than 8,000 households and have completed over 10,000 installations.

We have proven, end-to-end experience in successfully bringing Chinese smart door locks (GB-standard mortise locks) into the North American market—from zero to full operation.

Responsible for local installation and after-sales service, no need to hold inventory.

Distributor

Required to purchase 30 units every 2 months, supply local service providers, and responsible for local promotion and channel development.

State Agent

Customized quarterly purchase plan based on the state's population and average income (e.g., at least $50,000 worth of goods per quarter), supply distributors and service providers in the state, and responsible for local promotion and channel development.

Channel Partner

Have a strong local network with established retail, engineering, and community channels.

VIP Customer

One-time order of 30 units or more.
